I live in a joint family in Amritsar, India. My elder brother is a successful
businessman and is also considered as one of the most successful men in
the entire family. This is a very nice question and I thank you for
this great candidate task card topic.
My brother is really a gentleman. He looks like the Bollywood film
heroes with a wide forehead, solid muscles, attractive physique and
obviously his gentle behave with everyone. He owns a medium-sized travel
agency that is doing very good now. But in the beginning, it was hard
for him to deal with everything. He is serving the nation and making a
smart profit in a legal way.
I frequently meet him. In fact, I meet him in some certain times of the
day. We have few family traditions. First of all, we are to take our
breakfast and supper together. So, this is the time we discuss and share
everything that happened or will possibly take place in the day. I am
happy that every one of the family, including my elder brother, remains
present there. He sits beside me, and loves me too much because I am his
only sister and the only young girl in the family. But if I need to
meet him for other purposes, I make a phone call and reach his office or
contact with him by other means.
In the beginning of his career, my brother had suffered a lot. He did
not get the desired job and most of the times, he was unable to comply
with the official rules. His independent attitude made him compelled to
start his own project. He is now a successful businessman and owns his
private tourism company. He has around 15 staffs and all of them are
hardworking. The company arranges for customised and general tours
inside and outside of India. In fact, with the sincere services, the
company has become one of the leading one across the country. Despite
being the owner of the company, he loves to work hard but allows
flexibilities for his staff.
My brother is successful as he is hard working. When he was in a job, he could not work hard. He tried to represent his worth but experiencing the official politics, he was unable to do so. Often he had to be humiliated even if he did the right things. So, he changed a couple of jobs and the situations were the same everywhere. Then, he started his private tourism company on a small scale and invested his labour as much as he could. Finally, he was successful after struggling a lot. He cared for his business and employees. In return, he achieved the success.
